BlueRock Therapeutics is a leading engineered cell therapy company with a mission to develop regenerative medicines for intractable diseases. The Toronto sector of BlueRock operates within the MaRS II Tower. The company required additional space for their growing operations, and expanded into an adjacent existing GMP manufacturing space on the same floor.

Allyant worked with BlueRock as Construction Manager to manage the expansion of approximately 4,000 sf. New features of this space include two clean rooms with required gowning and de-gowning areas, an MSat/QC Laboratory, administration space, and support areas integrated with the existing layout. New mechanical and electrical systems have been customized to provide the necessary clean and precise temperature and humidity-controlled environments.
